Default Learning to weld

I am learning how to weld in my auto class. And im interested in buying a welder for my home. I was wondering what kind of welder would be sufficient for welding manifold and exhaust items. For a fairly descent price

millermatic 135. its about $500-600 and will probably be the best 110-115 mig welder you can buy! best when used with gas conversion.

i would go with a hobart handler 140Amp, made by Miller. you can weld it on your household outlets. as far as i know, it out performa many of them out there. 140Amp on 115v is awesome. it's about $400-$450.
