I have not used that brand, but they do work. They dont actually prevent spatter. They prevent the spatter from sticking to metal....etc. Like cooking spray(Pam) when you cook a cake.

Works flawlessyly! IF , and thats a BIG IF, there is any sort of spatter when your done running your bead, it will wipe right off with a rag, or paper towel. I have not used that specific brand, but know the "Welders Black Magic Spray" works absolutely awesome!

Well I was not really talking about that brand, just the pic I found.

Lincoln Electric makes one, I will pick some up, thanks guys

I dont think the Lincoln brand worked that great... i used it a long time ago.
