All you need is a saw zaw and a dewalt with some drill bits, get after it

 

The only way your getting those dimensions is to do the mockup yourself....get real man. Who's gonna hand out the specifics after the time they spent? Just like Skunked said, bust out the sawzall and dewalt...that's how they did their first one...
