I have a h23 vtec and want to make a custom Tri Y header. Is there a formula? and other then burns who els makes good piping.

LOL If someone tells you that there is an Equation to figure out how to build headers. Just say MMMm oh that's nice .And get the hell away from the psycho. Cuz he's crazy. LOL There is to many variables to making headers for a single equation. There is some software that will get you in the ballpark. There is no perfect header.A header acts different with different loads,temperatures,RPM's,Elevations and many more things.All you can do is get it close to matching your engine combination.

Any tips on what size pipe for the first 4 runners and the second 2 runners? Alos I the length of the first four pipes when pairing with cylenders(1/4AND3/2 OR 1/3AND2/4).
