Thaks guys

Parts list:

10mm ss flanges
16 elbows
1m ss pipe

She's running now, but im not getting a lot of boost under 6k rpm. Im thinking it could be the bad flowining FMIC. Interchanged the wastegate, still having the problem. By bypassing the FMIC i'll know if its causing the problem..
I can hear the turbo starting to spool @ 2.5-3k rpm
Any other suggestions??

ayway, a few "finished" pixx

Ghetto Catchcan yo.. this will have to do for the moment

Well, i replaced the intercooler now and it turned out to be causing the troubles. I bought a XSpwr Intercooler, and it preforms good.

Driving in first gear i get full boost @ 4k rpm then loads of wheelspin :D. 2nd gear wheelspin (all the way to 65 mph on F20 tranny). 3rd gear M4d acceleration. Danm she's fast!

(all this on only 10 psi)

Boost builds real fast and no real lag when shifting. I do need to buy wider tyres and bigger rims to fit the Rotora brakes.

Changed the oil, and im now using Valvoline 20W50. This so i get a bit more oil pressure.
Im not yet using an oilcooler, temp's rise to 100deg celcius, so thats ok.

Anyway, a real fun car to drive now

A few pixx of the IC and brakes:

Also the OBX LSD is preforming 100% even when with full boost and one wheel on the sand. It pulls in a sraight line w/o wheelspin.

(the LSD and FMIC are the only 2 parts i cheaped out on)

Has it been on a dyno yet? I'm curious to find out what kind of numbers you're putting down.

thanks guy's, its sure has been a lot of work. Now its time to focus on the suspension. When driving on the highway the car gets verry nervous under full boost , i guess this is bcs the wheels are pushed forward, compressing the radiusrodbushings. I'm thinking of putting bearings in there in stead of the stock rubber bushes. I also need to install my bigbrake kit wich means i need to get bigger wheels wich in its turn means that i have to lower the car to keep it looking nice. (not that thats a problem)

Well, she's been on the dyno this night. resulting in: 354 HP and 395 Nm TQ on only 10 psi
Vid's and graph will be posted tomorrow (in your case late this night)

Im verry happy with this result, runs were done on running a basemap (so no finetuning yet)

was your boost dropping off in your last 2-3000 rpm? I don't really know about dyno tuning, but I'd try getting the torque curve a little flatter (could be an ignition timing issue as well). Try getting rid of the sharp increase in torque at ~4600rpm. Otherwise, I think it looks great

Boost level is rocksteady all the way. Vtec is set @ 4800 rpm. might move that to 4600 rpm.

Anyway, thanks four your imput
