Default dxf files

Anybody have a .dxf of a T3 flange and a B series head flange for the exhaust manifold.
I looked around on google, but all I could find was jpeg images of drawings.

it cost money for people to make those, believe me, I'm in the industry of making parts, so you're best off to get an exhaust gasket and a T3 gasket, and create your own drawing based on the dimensions

With how common these flanges are I can't believe they're being kept secret. It's pretty easy to find a dxf file of a small block Chevy header flange. It's not like making the drawing is the difficult part anyway. It's the whole owning a cnc laser or water cutter part. I can find a million drawings of t3 flanges online. They're just jpeg images though. I was just trying to skip a step.

post a jpeg drawing on here. I'll see if it can be done in my solid modeling class this week.

Tell me exactly what year, make, model, & trim vehicle your B-series (and thus exhaust manifold) you're interested in, and I may be able to get you a DXF on Tuesday, 5/26.
If you need help finding a shop that can cut one out for you, just ask, and I'll help locate one local to you (I'm always looking for more reputable machine/fab shops).
PM me all info for quicker response.

Just need a b-series exhaust manifold flange drawing. They're all the same. My buddy is a high school teacher and they have a plasma table at the school. I can cut them out, I just need the files.

Fyi, flange dimensions for turbochargers can be found on the Garrett website by looking up a similar turbocharger: http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbob...71R_flange.pdf

Making a .dxf file from those dimensions would take all of 3 minutes. I just don't have any cad software on my laptop.

I need to make a custom exhaust mani gasket for a gsr soon. I will have a dxf for an oem gasket after I buy one and find time to do it. I will update this thread when the time comes.

I think they should rename this thread ".dxf file share" and make it a sticky. Could prove to be super useful.

I very much support this direction and would support this activity as well.
Get the sticky ball rolling, and I'll help out as much as I can.

Ok guys, I finally decided it was time to get this project moving. I bought a new header gasket and got a DXF drawn up. Keep in mind, it is simply the gasket, not the flange as OP was asking for. It is applicable for all 94-01 B series VTEC engines. This is an unverified first draft so I'm not sure that it matches up exactly, but it should be really close. I will double check it soon and let everyone know of any updates. This forum would be awesome with an open-source Honda DXF file share! Also, the ability to attach DXF files to a post would help tremendously. I don't have dropbox, so if anyone knows a way to publicly share DXF files please let me know. I uploaded the file to sharecad.org It's a free viewer and I think you need to create an account in order to download files.

Here is the file link:

I now have a Dropbox account which has really simplified everything. I still need to tweak the header gasket file a little bit to perfectly match up the holes. In the meantime, here are a few DXF files I have created for past projects.

-Generic Battery Box for Odessey Battery, mounts to side of hatch
https://www.dropbox.com/s/lhrjufmjjk...Mount.dxf?dl=0

-Behind-the-rotor Spacers, 5x114.3
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ua9uvehbvh...pacer.dxf?dl=0

-Behind-the-rotor Spacers, 5x114.3 70mm ITR Hub
https://www.dropbox.com/s/534qdf0qw7...070mm.dxf?dl=0

-Sheet Metal Spark Plug Cover, GSR Valve Cover
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yxmzu3ogwc...203.0.dxf?dl=0

Man, I've had a lot of problems with PlasmaCAM not properly exporting holes. Every so often it randomly does the lead in, but not the hole. Easily fixed by changing the G02 to a G03 or vice versa. I'll fix it and update, thanks.

**Holes have been fixed
