I have searched H-T inside and out and found nothing
I have heard nothing but flames, argument and insanely stupid comments and just plane wild guesses. Has anyone successfuly accomplished the rhd conversion with cutting the firewall and using the jdm subframe??? If so lets see pictures and tutorial on the process PLEASE!!!

Sounds like an accident waiting to happen. There's a difference between a spot weld and a plug weld, especially with material as thin as what's found in a unibody.

if you actually read the thread it says he spot welded it and that black stuff is sealant.
