Default 2001 Type R USDM to JDM Swap (Front end, interior, and RHD) (56K!!!)

UPDATED 3/24/08

Car is now my Drag car. I have raced it for the past 3 years and still going strong with no "structural failures" as many claimed I would have.

Last thread with pics is here. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2198563

ORIGINAL POST

Well, i decided to finally do what i said i would do. started saturday at 2pm, had a couple buddies help peoples help during the weekend. pulled 2 all nighters. and all i am waiting on now is the rear interior harnesses (which are being overnighted to me)
feel free to comment. (flaming will probly be ignored if comments are completely ignorant)

awesome stuff so far.

car looked great before, this swap should look awesome.

btw, what motor did you have before hand?

edit: nm read title and saw it was an R.

So you're swapping a US R for a j-spec R? seems a liitle unnessisary, but if you wanna get rid of the US motor, you can ship it to me

Sick dude, I wouln't be able to do that to one of my cars, seeing no firewall would make me worried because even little squeaks freak me out, props on the swap!
