Hahahaha, I think this is pretty sweet personally. Im on my 3rd turbo setup, my first was a expensive one, and this current one is a mega expensive one.
But my last one consisted of a old 2.5'' IC pipe cut and re- fluxxed as a dp, a cx manifold with a 14b welded directly to it via mig flux, and Home depot PCV pipe and a dsm side mount. Entire setup cost less than $100 and the bulk of that was in the cost of the PVC. And after all that and months of driving the flux welds of the manifold straight to the turbo never cracked...actually none of the welds cracked and that was over 4 months of daily driving.

I hope the guy at the welding store doesn't see what you are working on, or he might not want to sell you anymore wire. Have you raised your welding helmet up yet to see what you have done ?????

Got home today and my fence was nocked down and 2 of the posts were missing. The first thought in my head was Great my fence posts are going to end up as a turbo manifold in the local trailer park.
