I'm trying my hardest to be nice.
has this even been done before? I highly doubt you are going to find any reliable info on it. Post some pics I guess. I can't see where it would be that difficult. It's just a piece of steel in a shape that you need to change into another shape. Are you shortening the front end to match the length of the original delsol front clip? If so the fenders sound easier than the hood....

yes it has been done before search on google there r pics there.. the hood was simple all i had to do was oval out the holes on the hinge that goes on the car an i got the hood on an to line up with front bumper. the front clip is the same size as the delsol started but jut with the cores of the integra an in that the front clips of both integra an delsol r the same just not the fender shapes an the fender sizes betweenthe doors. an thats what i soon fond out after going throw a couple fenders cause i had to many cuts in them to make them look good.

the black fender on your car is the delsol one right? I'm going to scratch my first advice(or just modify it) provided the radius of the wheel wells are about the same I would cut the delsol fender in a straight line from top dead center of the wheel well to a point maybe 2-3 inches forward of the back corner of the hood. Do the same thing the to the teg fender and bust out the bondo to transition all the lines. Its going to be easier to keep the thing straight and figure out the transition than if you were to just chop it in half vertically.
hint. cut the teg fender big so you can slip it behind the delsol fender(that is already bolted up) so you can get an idea of how it's going to line up before you figure out your final cut on the teg fender. Then just trace it and cut it.
Personally, I would just lap them a little, stitch weld them together and smooth it out with bondo. Butt welding that stuff is a bitch and a half(this is coming from a professional welder).
Note: I do not approve of your project but yet i'm giving you advice....**** i'm getting old.

no no the fenders on the car are all sol fender an need help on where to cut cause everyones saying front of fender but as i can see by thes pics even if it wasnt at my house that wont work.
yea i tried the cut half an half an well that didnt work out well cause of the hood gap from the sol fender to the hood plus the shapes r off a good bit in the center of the fenders
I know thats why I suggested the cut(on the delsol fender) starting at the center of the wheel well back to the corner of the hood.... that way you have the entire top edge of the teg fender to line up to the edge of the hood. You have the front end of the teg fender to line up with the bumper. You have the rear end of the delsol fender to line up to the door. then you have a cut splitting the fenders at an extreme angle through the contours so it will be easier to keep straight and blend together.
If I've lost you I'm sry.
