Default Cutting U bends?

What does everyone use to cut U bends? Im currently using a chop saw but its a horrible cut and doesnt let me get the exact angles I want. Can you cut it with a band saw?

a band saw would be your best bet. they allow you to cut in what ever direction you like.

technically, the chop saw is the better tool.. a band saw is much easier though.

A band saw and a belt sander is a great combination.
