I'm looking for a 2.5 inch diameter aluminum intercooler pipe that is mandrel bent to a 100 degree inner angle (instead of 90). Does anyone know where I can find custom-bent mandrel pipe like this?

 

I'm sure you could ask the boys at Columbia River Mandrel Bending to do you a one-off.
I would not expect it to be cheap or fast though. It's not a production angle, who knows how hard it is to squeak one in like that.

I just need 1 piece for now. If I get requests from others wanting the same piping setup, I'd be open to ordering bulk via group-buy in the future.

 

just a buy a 120 degree (i think thats the next production angle up from 90) bend and cut it at about 100 degrees and weld a new leg on, or somehting to that effect.

I want to avoid cutting and rewelding. Are there any companies that can produce custom mandrel bent piping configurations from CAD files? This would be ideal for my setup.
