sorry, no 1/2" flanges. this is to keep costs low. i've built many manifolds using 3/8" flanges with no issues.

I have a couple flange requests if you want business. ( I'll have to send you a gaskets). Just shoot me a PM, with your contact info, and let me know if your up for doing some Ford exhaust flanges. (4.6L DOHC, SOHC)

no aluminum yet, but i can start if people want. would probably be 3/8" thick as well. let me know if this is something people are interested in and i will put in an order for them.

what would the price be development of the 1nz-fe flanges out of the 04-06 scion xB and xA? total price per piece after that?

no development price. just give me a part # and i can go to a toyota dealership and pick up the gasket and have it cut in 10 days from the time i get the gasket. price depends on size, but for inline 4 cylinder head flanges pricing should be around $20-$22 per piece.

thanks, I'll let you know when I"m ready to order. I want to wait and order a good amount at the same time.

Looks good man....I'm getting up rolling here again. I've been making jigs for the past several weeks. Your on my list for some of the flanges, and I'm doing a custom turbo setup for a 95 S10 SS (4.3 vortec), but he is fourth in line. When I get to third in line, I'll be hitting you up for those.
