you could do something like this, depending on if you can take the fittings out of the pump or not, never seen one in person so im not sure.

Finished result:





Sure theres a gap under the gussets, but I'm confident this will be plenty strong. Now I just have to wait for my (4) vibration mount bobbins to show up (EBAY) so I can bolt this thing up. I'm going to go throw some paint on it and call it a night.

looks good. if you wanted no gaps, it would be a lot easyer to do it in two pieces.
