Default 304SS differences?

I need a flange made:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1113019

here's my questions:

anyone bought from this site?
http://www.onlinemetals.com/

whats the difference between plate and rectangle (they have rectangle tubing also, I know what that is)
0.75" X 4" STAINLESS T-304 ANNEALED RECTANGLE
http://www.onlinemetals.com/me...nches

0.75" STAINLESS T-304 ANNEALED HRAP PLATE
http://www.onlinemetals.com/me...nches

the plate is about $20 and the rectangle is about $37 plus 11 shipping.

if I go with the plate, the metal company will be able to cut the outside to size. 4.25" x 3.75" is the outside dimensions of the flange. the rectangle will always have the 4" width and custom length

just wondering what HRAP means and will it be ok for the turbo flange and take the heat...how are the surfaces and will it be good enough to seal with the turbo w/o a gasket. or should I get a thicker flange and get the surface machined.

thanks

Plate stainless is acually just a big 4X8 sheet of stainless steel in that thickness that can be cut down to sizes needed, bar is stainless which comes from the foundry already the width you need it.

And u asked about HRAP, i think that means Hot Rolled Annealed Plate, nothing special. 304 stainless is 304 stainless.
