Default any place or person that can make me a custom turbo inlet flange? need ASAP

I need a flange for a custom setup.

if anyone can make or knows a place to buy one, let me know.

I need the turbo inlet flange for a precision sc61 t3/t4 turbo.

these are the requirements I need.

3/4 inch thick
stainless steel
t4 size flange
threaded t3 pattern bolt holes

if you have a mild steel 38mm WG flange, I'll buy one from you too.

Ihave paypal, let me know
thanks
William

I need a spacer that thick...
got a mini-me ac compatible manifold...
using it in a 00 gsr...keeping the stock rad and condensor...slim fans.
I need the flange to be 3/4" and I will turn it and get it tigged to the manifold flange to drop and position the turbo so it clears everything.

understand the scan of the flange?
the flange is from a manifold, it had 2 sets of bolt holes (one for t4 and one for t3). I need the flange the same size but with only the t3 holes.

or how to download the PDF?
imageshack only let me upload image files.
just download the jpg file and then rename the file extension to *.PDF
its an acrobat PDF file.
