Let me start off by saying that I have wanted these wheels for a long time. Back when they were in production I couldn't afford them, and now that I can afford them they are getting harder to track down.

Let me also get it out of the way that you can keep your negative comments to yourself. I am a single father, so I still have to scrape together every penny to buy something for my car (my son comes first). So you can keep all your "broke *** ricer kid" and other stupid things you might want to post and shove them up your ***.

Now, on to what I want... the set I'd really like to find would be as follows:

Volk CE28
16x7
5x114.3
Original Takata green finish
Barrel stickers intact

But will accept the right set of:

CE28 or TE37
16x7, 17x7, or 17x7.5
5x114.3 or 4x100
If wheels have been refinished, proof of authentic original Takata green finish must be provided... sales receipt, etc. (I don't want your bronze wheels powdercoated green.)

If you have, or know anyone who has these wheels, please let me know. I'd like to have them by Christmas. Thank you and please bump my thread.

Thanks for trying to help with those. I've actually tried contacting most of those sellers, thinking maybe they sold the wheels to a friend or something. But those are all long gone. Thank you for the bumps though.

It all really depends on a number of things. I've seen sets for as little as $1800 and as much as $2900. I see both face stickers in place but do they have the barrel stickers? Are they original Takata green? Are all the wheels like that or just one? Will they even fit your car?

Thanks again man. I emailed the seller of the second link, even though they're 15s. If the price is right I might buy them and keep looking for the set I want. I can always sell the 15s later or put them on my CRX. The first and third link are both 17x9.5... way too wide for my civic. Would end up looking like this:



Not that there's anything wrong with that, just not my style. When the stanced / hellaflush trend is over, body shops will be making a killing replacing rear wheel arches and you won't be able to find fenders anywhere. Lol.

I will remove that picture at owner's request.

After doing a little more digging I found out there were never 15" Takata green anything = wheels were refinished. The 15s were the older Group N wheels (hence the Gr.N it the title) Damn.
