No, you need a 99-00 Si mount. They are different from an Integra b-series mount.
The angle of the studs is different.

He's absolutely right. But you can either or, but you have to yes the pair for in order for it to work. Meaning, 99-00 elbow and mount, or 94-98 elbow and mount. for it to work on any B-series motor. HTH
