i have a 99 jdm ctr ecu would plug up fine no conversion harness needed and doesn't need the immobilizer key. just an idea let me know if your interested. thanks

i have a 99' ITR ECU myself too
well is there any difference between the JDM CTR and USDM ITR ecu??

no immobilzer needed and i don't know for sure but ctr 6200 vtec and 8700 redline. i don't know for sure what the deal is on the usdm itr ecu that is vtec and rev limit.

i did see that import auto salvage has one listed a 2000 usdm itr with key and complete ingnition assembly.
