MO or IL WTB '00 Civic EX 5MT
Don't care if it's a coupe or sedan.
Prefer Blue, Silver, White and Black in that order no exceptions.
I want something as stock as possible, rust free and clean and not blown out on miles. (Under 150k).
I have cash in hand and may travel a bit for the right deal.
