Post EF9 Swapp

I have a Ef9 but i need a new motor because the guy who owned it before washed the motor and the Head gasket is gone. Its currently automatic... im changing it to manual... so i need a D series motor with a cable tranny... and all the other good stuff (Clutch, pedals ect...)... i dont have that much money so work with me... Im from jersey so hmu if youre from around here please

and what do you mean "washed the motor" why dont you just put a new head gasket on it?

he put water in the motor cause it was over heating

normally put water in rad, oil goes in motor .just for future refrence

just look up auto to manual swap, it's easy i did it in a weekend. unless your car doesn't have the hole for the clutch cable (i know 88-89 sedans don't). and u don't own an ef9... they're called ed's.

X2 ..... I thought I was the only person here who knew that the US had ed's not ef's .

It threw me off when I first read it. Trying to figure out why his ef9 had an automatic single cam in it.

After all the knit-picking, I'm surprised nobody picked out 'EF9' being non USDM.
