Absolutely no accidents
I have the factory touchup paint, dealer brochure, window stickers, factory keys, factory FOB's.
The previous owner was a guy in his mid 50's. He purchased the car for something fun to drive in the summer. The car was always garage kept, he sold it to me because he picked up a new mini cooper S. This is honestly the cleanest original 1g Talon you will ever see. It's a peice of history if you ask me, thats mainly why I bought it.
I'm going to be as descriptive and honest as possible with this listing, as its one of a kind now a days.
Exterior:
Excellent condition, black paint. Zero fading, peeling, or rust, has been waxed regularly. I paint cars, and am SUPER **** about door dings. For the short time I've owned this car, I park it as far away from everyone else as possible.
The car has a total of three dings on it, zero dents. One small door ding on the pass 1/4 panel, one very* slight ding on the roof from an acorn or something. And one above the headlight, on the hood.
No rust on the whole darn car, the underside is rediculously clean.
The pictures can speak for themselves.
Interior:
Interior is original leather. The seats were conditioned regularly, NO smoking at all in this vehicle. No panels were ever removed in the vehicle.
The windows don't fall off the track like ever other DSM I've owned. They go up and down just like they should.
All accessories work flawlessly, dimmer, lights, CC, AC blows very cold, heater works great. Has the factory floor mats. All weather striping seals are 100% no cracks or rips.
There is a small peice of plastic broken off the edge of the passenger side plastic panel where the window switch is, probably about the size of a 1/4".
Mechanical:
It drives the same as the day the previous (honest) owner bought it.
Steering is spot on, no shakes at all.
AT trans shifts smoothly.
4 Bolt of course
Car is suprisingly quick with K&N Filter
Oil and filter was ALWAYS changed every 3,000 miles.
No broken bolts, studs or anything like that.
Nothing has been dug into by any hack mechanic.
However, I did replace the 13b turbo for a 14b because I had it laying around and it was in MINT shape.
I currently have my 17" rotas on the car. The rims that will be sold with it are the 5 spoke talon rims, gunmetal w/polished lip (factory). They have cooper cobra tires on them. One rim has a bend on the lip courtesy of a NY pothole.
The only 1g DSM that I've seen that even close to the condition of this car is the gray 90-91 eclipse that was @ buschur's shop at the shootout.
