FS: 94 civic cx hatch b16 Price reduction!! Dyno sheets are up!

CLEAN TITLEI'm asking 4600 for this car.Please no lowballers, it took alot to get the car in the shape it is now. The motor is a b16 from HMO recently purchased and swapped in. I replaced all seals on the engine before swapping it and it doesnt leak at all.Its a strong motor that pulls pretty well for being completely untouched internally. The car has a few minor dings and one medium sized dent in the driver side door. In the last two years i have had it painted oem milano red. Ill offer more information to interested buyers. The car is located in Southern California and it is smogged with new tags.
Engine/exhuast Modifications:
Aem intake w/ bypass valve.
DC 4-2-1 header
New carsound cat 2.25 inch
2.25 custom MANDREL bent exhaust w/ Tanabe muffler &
resonator
New exedy stage 1 clutch
New b16 oem flywheel.
Ngk plugs and wires
CTR crank pulley-no AC or PS
ES engine mount inserts & new lower mounts
(tranny, accesory and rear)
Fuel pressure regulator
Fuel pressure guage
Outlaw engineering thermoblok spacer kit (like hondata but
complete with TB and iacv kit)
New OEM timing belt and water pump and tensioner.
Suspension/brakes:
Rota rims- chipped paint and slight curbings still good.
Koni yellow in good condition shocks with ground control
coilovers 10k/6k
ES rear trailing arm bushings
Omni power front A-arm camber Kit
Gsr front strut bar
Ebay c-pillar
Goodridge stainless steel brake lines-4
Rear drum to DISC conversion
Tires:
New fuzion zri (sticky) 205-50-15 tires and new alignment
Interior:
black dash and carpet, seats are a little old and dirty and the dash is missing 1 vent cover
interior is pretty stock except for sony cd player
Autometer Phantom tach-10000rpm limit
Autometer phantom oil press and water temp mounted in
front off passeneger dashboard.

I have one to many cars and going to keep and DD my mr2. this car is great and with the new swap itll last a long time. it has a nice foundation for good auto-X or simply putting around town.
heres a few pics that i have of her. i know there not the best quality.
too clear things max power is 150 whp @ 7500 rpm and torque 113@5600 rpm on 89 octane. rpms on the dyno stopped at 7500, so i didnt even run it to the 8200 redline. On 91 octane gas i could have easily made 6-8 whp more and a 2-3 more pounds of torque.
