FS: 92 Volkswagen GTI 3.0L VR6Turbo
I know its not a honda, but I would like to sell. Have a lot of money in this car. Please be reasonable when it comes to offers. Willing to trade for a 92-95 civic hatch + cash. Or a HF CRX plus cash
It would be easier to do just sell it out right than to part it out. Ill try and get some pictures up tonight. And here is a list of the motor and trans work.
If you are seriously interest im me. We could then descuss prices. Car would need to be towed. It is untuned right now. And it needs a thermostat. Though, I will replace the thermostat with a low temp sometime this week.
Engine:
3.0L 12V VR6
ARP bolts (head studs, connecting rod bolts)
Reconditioned Stock Rods
All new bearings and seals
new chain tensioners and guild and tensioners
JE 83mm 9:1 compression pistons
Metal headgasket bringing compression down to 8.5:1 compression
Motor has about 2,000 miles on it. Was driven at 8.5:1 compression NA as break in. Motor built by Schimmel Performance
Head
3 angle valve job
Viton Seals
pocket port bowls
back cut valves
matched intake
HD valve springs
New lifters
P&P turbo head done by Schimmel Performance
Paid $4,200 for the motor and head, that was not inlcuding coil pack, wires, etc..
Transmission:
G60 02A trans
rebuilt trans
with 3.33 r&p
and quaife differential
Only has 2,000 miles, same with motor.
Driveshaft shop stage 3 axles. 4x100 Ment for mk2 chassis
Include hubs, axles, and wheel studs.
Lightweight flywheel
Also, have a Schimmel stage 2 street clutch

KCD stage 5 motor mounts
550cc injectors
SX fuel pressure regulator:
Schimmel short runner w/ high flow fuel rail
Turbo Part
All turbo parts are on the car, but the car hasn't been driven with the turbo parts.
ATP stage 2:
Includes ATP exhaust manifold
oil and return lines
oil pan(not ATP, but custom done)
Turbonetics T60-1 non-hifi( with ceramic ball bearing, water cooled center section, 4" inlet, and a .96 A/R)
3" downpipe
all hardware
Have a Tial 40mm wastegate and flange to fit on ATP exhaust manifold

here are the pictures i promised. sorry the car is a little dirty. hasn't been driven in a while which means it hasn't been washed in a while either.
A stock aero headlight and grill setup will be included if bought. I had the intercooler up there and cut the grill. But I decided to mount it lower.
