FS: 1991 Honda CRX Si JDM B16a Swap California (Central)

CLEAN TITLE!
Ok, Selling a '91 Si with a b16 swap. Chassis/body has ~198,XXX, motor has ~30,XXX
Exterior:
-Paint is factory paint (per the previous owner)
-2 LS mesh wheels, black with polished lips, brand new tires
-Semi clear corner lights
NOT INSTALLED:
-Prelude (not so JDM) Fog lights
Interior:
-Old school shift ****, 4-speed
-3 gauges, currently not hooked up, Volt, Temp, and A/F
-Stock interior, relocated battery to rear
-Tenzo R Version 5 Steering wheel
Engine:
-JDM OBD-0 (Pre obd) B16A 30K from Integra XSi. Purchased from HMO
-Stock trans, shift smoothly, no grinds
-4-puck clutch, chirps 4th every once in a while.
-PR3 unchipped/untouched ECU
-New axles
-Hasport mounts (Motor doesn not move at all in the bay)
-Hasport Sub-VTec harness
-Hasport shift linkage made for swap/car
-Virtually brand new Distributor and water pump
NOT INSTALLED:
-MSD cap
-MSD Blaster 2 external coil
Suspension:
-Lowerd 2" on Tenzo springs
-Freshly installed, good condition spindles/hubs/wheel bearing
Bads:
-Not currently registered, but on non-op, so no fees.
-Needs to be converted to obd-1 for smog/registration, or smogged underground
-Cracked windshield, on the sides, from the hood being too far opened
-Dent/Dings here and there, most damage is on the fenders though.
-Rear bumper has some kind of spray paint or oxidation
-Gutted cat
-ONE piece exhaust, from the cat back to an aftermarket muffler. No flanges after cat.
-Interior was painted black (He wanted it shiny black I think), needs to be removed or redone
-No stereo
-Climate control is cracked
-Center vent w/clock was customized to house gauges, but I took it out completely
-Slight tear on the driver's seat
-Sun roof was dented, so another good condition one is included, just needs to be painted and installed
-Boots on axles need to be replaced from sitting for 6months, only one boot on each side though.
-AC piping/wiring was cut, and not unbolted/unplugged
-Rear divider missing
-Rear cargo tray possibly needs replacing (Not bolted down, top piece ripped out of hinges)
-No rear carpet, besides a custom, quickly done, one
-Rear hatch/trunk shocks don't stay up
-Cracked taillight (mid piece only)
-Paint was removed from taillights, so they need sanding and buffing/polishing
-Hood pins were started, but never finished by the previous owner
Other than everything listed, car is in good shape mechanically and physically. MOst of the bads mentioned are only cosmetic. I did try to included EVERYTHING that I know of to be "wrong" with the car. Car runs, and idles well. Drives good as well. Very quick acceleration, and chirps 3rd and sometimes 4th. It also has a stock pressure plate, so it's not killer to drive it daily. I know I forgot some things, but I will edit if I can think of anything else.
Make me an offer and we will go from there!

Pics are a little older, a few thing are different:
-Battery is now in the trunk, with a quickly done custom carpet
-White faced gauges are now removed, but included
-Shift **** is differnt, but that stock civic one is included
-I have the intake arm, just no intake box
-Spark plug wires have been changed, now red
-I put the center piece (horn button) back on the steering wheel
-The fuse cover (where the wires are in the pic, under the steering column) has been put back on
