FS: 1990 Acura Integra RS -COMPLETED- South east Virginia
Name: Vinny
Location: Portsmouth, VA
Means of Contact: Post or PM
Description: 1990 Acura Integra RS
Miles: 215k on body, 9k on motor
Price: $6500 OBO or trade for a NICE daily
Additional Information:
I've owned it since Dec 16, 2001 and have done almost all of the mods myself. Since it was painted it was either stored under a car cover, and then in a garage for the last 2 years, I only drive it on weekends in nice weather. I just recently bought a '99 corvette, and I'm thinking the teg may be better off in someone else’s caring hands. I'm in absolutely no hurry to get rid of this, its not costing me much to keep it sitting in my garage. No tire kickers or lowballers. You will need money to drive.
Chassis has 215k miles on it
Motor has 9k miles
Nothing on this car is original except upper control arms and rear T/A bushings. Most mods are less then 2 years old.
Car made 171whp 128ft lbs, in 95 degree heat(have sheet).
My best 1/4 mile time was 14.5@94mph 2.1 60' (Have slip)
Exterior:
Wings West 90-91 front and rear bumper covers
JDM 1 piece headlights
JDM side markers
Painted front turn signals
Shaved everything including rear squirter
Car was painted in December 2003
Wheels & Suspension & Brakes:
Nippon Racing F2's 16x7 with BFG g-force 205/50/16's 2k-3k miles on these.
KYB AGX with H&R Race Springs
Suspension Techniques sway bars
Prothane FULL Poly bushing kit
Brembo blanks with axxis ultimate pads
Goodridge SS brake lines
Prodrive front camber kit + Rear washer trick
Engine (9k miles):
LS/VTEC (GSR HEAD completely rebuilt by abacus)
ITR valve train including cams '96
AEBS head studs
ARP rod bolts
ITR oil pump
ACL bearings
PR3 pistons (11.6:1 compression)
Short ram intake with 3inch K&N filter
Blox IM + JG ThrottleBody (70mm)
Knock off JDM ITR header(2.5inch collector)
B&M FPR
Chipped b16 OBD-0 ecu
V-AFC
Polished valve cover
GE sandwich plate adapter for oiling
Exhaust is pieced together, 2.25 piping to big cherry bomb to thermal research muffler to stock Honda tips...it's loud, but not too annoying.
No p/s
No a/c
B16 cable transmission non-LSD
Exedy organic stage 1 clutch.
Lightened Flywheel 14lbs
New motor mounts at install
Interior:
New black carpet summer '04
New black floor mats(fitted) summer '04
USDM GSR gauge cluster(17k miles)
Autometer oil pressure gauge in driver side air vent with stainless line.
DC leather shift ****.
Pioneer 5600 headunit
Alpine type r components powered by a small Rockford amp
Alarm with keyless entry
What’s not perfect:
Car burns oil when driven hard, I think it's a PCV issue, I just don’t drive it enough to sink money into a nice system for the back of the block.
Dent on hood from leaving tool on battery(small)
Rust spot on hatch near window(small)
Body work isn’t perfect but its damn good and paint still shines like the day I got it painted.
1 pieces could use a refinish.
If I were to keep the car, I'd get a nice catback but that's just me.
Pictures:
I'm looking for a nice daily, I have a '99 Corvette so I don't need your swapped Honda or 240. I also have a 1990 Honda Accord for a daily now that I love, and if the tradie would like to work something out for both cars...so you have a daily still we could arrange something.
