CLEAN Semi Built B18B TURBO EG $5,500 for Quick Sale

Car has no rust and has a very clean sleeper look to it, no flashy body mods. The car went 12.8@113 MPH on 12psi w/ 2.3 60' on bald tires with full wieght. With some slicks, some race gas/more psi, stripped int. its an 11 sec car. It is my daily driver and its been very reliable. Last week on my way back from PA I got 34MPG!!! Last time it was tunned was in mid Dec in 35 degree weather, so with summer on it way it could use a retune for optimal performance, but runs great as is. VA inspection good till 11/07 and i have good "emissions" papers in hand.
The bad, 3rd gear syncro just started to have a slight grinding a week ago and drivers seat has a rip. I have heard that adding GM Syncomesh friction modified will cure the tranny problem but don't have the time to work on it right now. There are some dents expected on a 13yr old car, overall the car is clean.
