CLEAN TITLE IN HAND
The car burns no oil and pulls extremly hard. It doesnt grind in any gear, regardless of shift point. Almost everything in the motor is brand new, all parts and bearings are torqued and within spec. Head has a full Civic Type R valvetrain....VTEC cranks LOUD!!! (extremely loud to be honest) The transmission is an Integra Type R tranny with 4.4 FD LSD. The redline is set at a safe 8700 rpms and will pull all the way to it. Car is completely functional both mechanically and electrically. I have had my fun with her and feel it is time to move on and continue with education. The modifications are as follows:

Tune:
The car was tuned on Neptune by Matt Shue @ Adrenaline Autoworks. At the time of the tune the distributor was not sending consistent sparks past 7000 rpms. The final pull set 178 whp @ 7000
131 ft lbs tq @ 7000
After purchasing a new distributor the car easily makes more power than dynoed at...even on a stock exhaust. It is very well capable of 200+ whp with a better set of headers (Tri-Y or S2 MegaPower) and a catback exhaust.
