1991 Civic DX Hatch Central Michigan
SOLD SOLD SOLD
1991 Honda Civic DX hatch.
VIN: 2HGED6451MH522965
1.5L dual-point injection
Auto trans
Located in Okemos, MI.
This is a daily beater, so don't expect a nice car. I'm selling it because I don't need it and it's just wasting space in my driveway.
154,XXX miles. Down less than a half quart between oil changes.
Trans shifts well, no slipping.
Banged up body, faded red paint, flat black hood.
Tires were new 3,000 miles ago.
Needs rear brake job (see below)
I bought this from a friend, he used it as a winter beater. I put about 5K miles on it and did one oil change. I went to do a rear brake job last year, and noticed the rear hardline on the passenger trailing arm sprung a leak, and I never got around to fixing it and haven't driven it. I have new drums, shoes, and hardware kit all in a box ready to go on. The hardline will need to be replaced (I recommend both sides) before you can drive it. Best bet is autozone hardline bent to fit as factory parts are expensive. There is some sort of aftermarket AM/FM CD head unit, the front center console pieces missing. This car makes for a great sleeper/restoration project, but more likely a daily/winter beater.
Price: SOLD
I can deliver the car within a reasonable distance since it is not driveable. It can also be worked out to fix the car on site.
PM, reply, or email.
