Default Weird clutch engagement problem

I have a weird problem with my H22 clutch... Yesterday I noticed that my clutch was not disengaging normally so in like 20 minutes I completly lost the clutch... I toutgh I could be the master cylinder so I put a new one and it didn't make any difference... We bled the line like 5 times and the slave was not moving and there were no pressure... This morning I noticed that the little spring that holds the pivot ball to the clutch release fork was not engaged so I put it back on and manage to get movement and pressure to the slave...

now I really don't know what to do since the line is full of oil and that the slave is working but I can't put it in any gear while the engine's on....

Please help me!!!

THanks a lot!
