my third gear grinds and slips out in my 95 integra and i put some synchromesh in the transmission fluid because i herd it helps

it helped for a couple months but know its back

so b4 i put some more in is there any recomendations of any other type of fluid that might be better?

 

if the synchros are shot then fluid wont always help. time for new synchros.
