S80 high rev shift problem
Hi!
I have a euro S80 ITR transmission, ACT heavy duty clutch with organic disc and prolite flywheel. Occasionally happened at various revs that the clutch pedal fall half way in and I could not change gear. It turned out to be a leaking clutch cylinder...
We replaced both clutch cylinders, resurfaced the flywheel, new 2nd-3rd and LS 5th gear was installed. No air in the system. Shifting 1st in standstill is not smooth, but the problem solved at low and mid rpms. However at high revs it still does the same... the pedal falls half way in without even touching it and I can not change the gear... if pulling back the pedal to normal position and retry then it is OK.
Let me know your suggestion please how to fix the problem.
Thanks!
