replacing clutch only
im planning to get an XTD 6puck unsprung since im going boost and i need it cause my stock clutch is slipping like *****. Im looking for a near stock feel also.
I was wondering if i can just replace the clutch and just get the flywheel and pressure plate resurfaced and i'll achieve the stock feel?
Also i was looking at the XTD 6puck sprung, and it looks like they made a new design. heres a link to their new one. It seems they've heard that their springs are a weakness in their clutch design and looks like they made something to compensate for it.
Heres a link to one im talking about.

if you look at some of their previous models, you will notice that the cover for the springs arent as "fitting" i guess you could say. the newer ones seem to make sure the springs arent able to become free from the clutch as their older models did. If this seems like a way to go, i'll grab it but if anything unsprung will do too.
let me know what you guys think.
Thanks

for the price im sure it will hold much better than a old worn stock clutch but don't expect it to last forever. you get what you pay for in terms of clutch parts.
if you plan to skimp out on one or more of the components you will end up replacing it sooner than expected.
get a NEW plate, NEW disc and NEW flywheel....
good luck.
