at higher rpm's (above 4500) i am unable to put it into gear and i have to come to almost a complete stop to get it back into gear. onces its back in 1st as long as i drive normally shifting around 3k it only gives me problems when down shifting into 2nd. it has a whining noise when it wont go into 2nd. throw out bearing?

 

sounds like clutch, typical B issue.
