hello guys, hopefully someone can help me out....

I recently changed my Lsd Type r tranny for a stock gsr cause it was making some weird noise and taught that the tranny had gone bad so i put the gsr tranny on, and guess what the noise is still there... it makes a grinding noise at 2,000 rpm only does someone know what it could be... someone tells me its the pilot bearing others tell me its a throw out bearing, others say its the clutch... any help regarding this problem would be really apreciated
