Need Help Picking Transmission!!!!

So I'm in the process of putting in a B20B into my 1999 civic ek with a stock d16y8. Unfortunately it is a automatic and i don't have the money to go manual. my transmission right now it a cable transmission. What automatic transmission should i get to put on the B20B and does it have to be cable?
