Mounting a B18 facing front/back
Hey guys first post so here it goes.
I am thinking of building a mazda b2200 with a boosted b18 just because. Only problem is the engine has to be mounted front to back obviously. Since honda transmissions are cable and not hydro, how would you get the transmission linkage to work? Would you need a cable from the shifter going to a plate and another linkage coming off that plate at 90 degrees going to the transmission? Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Rob

If left to a manual trans, all you would have to do is flip the rear end over for the reverse rotation correction. Look into transmission adapters. One may not be available per say, though may be made by some specialist.
How about the f to b from the s2000. Can it be used b to f for the s2000 transmission?
