MFactory 1.5way clutch/plate LSD
Hi. I have a 98 JDM DC2 ITR.
I recently fitted the above diff along wuth a Fidanza flywheel, and it's doing all sorts of weird things.
I've been told it can most likely be attributed to the incorrect oil being used. I'm currently using Castrol Axle Z.
I have been informed by the local South African MFactory agent that Synchrotech won't supply oil out of the US, which leaves me in a bit of a predicament.
As an alternative, can I use Red Line MT90 with no additional friction modifiers?

You can use the Redline fluid, but the diff will still be clunky and make noise without a friction modifier added in. Is Motul fluid available? Check with the Torco distributor (RG Motorsport to see if they can get some RTF and Type F Friction Modifier for you.
