Icon2 LSD problems

I'm hoping you guys can help. I ordered a stock y21 tranny w/LSD (jdm-SIR2) and just installed it into my '94hatch with a b16a2. I used oem Honda MTF for the tranny. So I took it out for a drive down the block and every time I turned and accelerated slowly, I felt a heavy vibration on cornering both left and right with acceleration, felt it on the steering wheel also; and it made this chattering/clunking sound while vibrating; during straightaways, the tranny shifts like butter. If I put the tranny in neutral and just let it corner without accelerating, the vibration is gone. and this was just cornering at <15mph in a residential neighborhood. I have a new clutch, pressure plate, resurfaced flywheel, checked my mounts, axles, and suspension for any errors. couldn't find anything. jacked the car up in stands and didn't hear any sounds or vibrating, so this is happening when the tranny's in load.

I've been reading around the forums, seems like people have similar problems with Honda LSD trannys and cornering issues related to weird noises/clunking/ and vibration, and a lot of people recommend using this gm synchromesh(?) fluid, but I'm just wondering if would work or if anyone has any other solutions or opinions on what seems to be the issue? I'm hoping that the LSD isn't going bad. being that the tranny's from japan; it only has 40k miles.

Default Re: LSD problems

10w30 or Pennzoil Synchromesh + 1/3 bottle of posi additive from Autozone.

The posi additive is normally stocked right next to the Synchromesh.
