Default LSd and clutch problem

I recently replaced my open Diff with a wavetrac. I am having problems getting the aftermarket passenger drive shaft all the way in to seat it properly it's about a 1/8 of an inch out. I would like to drive it to a shop to have it looked at but the clutch will not disengage. I replaced the clutch while I was working on the trans and bleed the system after it was all back together. Does the drive shaft have any thing with it not going into gear or do i have 2 problems here

thank you for the read

I would rather not, but I cant get the passenger side seated and didn't want to have it towed to a shop. but if that is the main reason why it wont go into gear than I will have to

have it towed, you can seriously hurt the trans/lsd/axle like that
