Icon5 Hardest axle nut!!

I'm sure We've all dealt with a stuck axle nut on out Honda's once or twice but this is my first. I drive a 2000 civic dx with an auto trans which is a the reason I have to get the axle nut off. My auto trans is about to croak and I bought an entire manual swap do not have to deal with the faulty auto transmissions but when I first started the swap I couldn't get my passenger axle nut off. For reference I have already broken 2 breaker bars and a 3/8 inch ratchet but here is what else I've tried: heat, breaker bar (with a huge cheater bar) , pb blaster, and even wd40. I cannot afford a high end impact gun and I'm currently on a strict budget so trying to steer away from asking a shop to take care of it. I was wondering if there was any way to work around it such as taking the whole knuckle off with the axle attached or even cutting the axle nut off with a grinding wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Toss a guy $20 to rattle it loose and gently put it back. Go home and remove per usual.

Home Depot rents tools, I wonder if they'd have a Milwaukee Fuel to rent?
