Default gsr trans help

hey guys i just got my car its a 96 ek coupe with a gsr swap b18c the problem is that you cant start the car in neutral and then go you have to start the car in first gear then the only way to get out of first is to be in high rpm but with no clutch? does anyone have an idea on what it could be..tomorrow in replacing the slave and master cylinders

more than likely you are having the same issue i had a few years ago, i had the start the car in gear and the started would wheel me out of the driveway untill i could get it to higher rpm to power shift (shifting with out using the clutch) and it ended up being a faulty slave cylinder, hope this helps

I just changed the master and slave cylinder yesterday and still nothing

so you cant select gears without revving the engine up high?

I would have to be in high rpms to shift but I got the car running the flywheel was shot so it wasn't engaging
