Is the gm synchomesh part #123777916still availiable. Is this the best suff to use?

go with valvolean same stuff and cheaper you can get it at autozone and stores like that

Why ask if this is the best stuff to use if you don't want to hear what other people are suggesting? Do you even know why you want the GM fluid?

the pennzoil and valvoline both have gm stamped on the bottles.

will this really fix or band aid the 3rd gear grind cause i know i need new syncros but im a broke college kid and ima just build a race trans in the summer

listen kid you do know that valvolean makes GM syncromesh aka GM just brands it as there own so the 4 dollar a bottle cheaper valvolean is same stuff just cheaper and alot easier to get

the same **** you get from the dealer is the same **** as pennzoil or valvoline, its just in a fancy bottle. i work for GM. so this is rock solid info.

you want FM (friction modified) GM synchomesh. i believe its different than the regular GM synchomesh with is the same as pennsoil. i used this on my old ls tranny. it went from grinding 2nd,3rd, and 4th to just high in 3rd. let it work it self in i didn't notice good results for at least a couple hundred miles
