Difference between "B" and "R" flywheels besides weight?

Could someone share what is the difference of dimensions between the "B18" engine flywheel and the "R18" engine flywheel besides weight? From what I can tell they both have the same outside diameter, same bolt circle pattern and same diameter bolts?

A reference to any specifications would be appreciated too.
