difference between 10 bolt and 14 bolt lsd

difference between 10 bolt and 14 bolt lsd
I have a b16 hydro lsd tranny. im swapping in a 4.9 FD but need to run a 10 bolt diff.
whats the difference between the two lsd'd? one is clutch type other is gear type?
is the 10 bolt a straight swap in part into my tranny rather than my 14 bolt?
anyone know where i can get a 10 bolt factory lsd?
