Icon2 Da9 Clutch Problems, PLEASE HELP

Hey, so i have a problem with my car engaging into first gear. When I'm at a full stop and i put my clutch in and try to put the car into first gear it won't go in; but when at a slight roll the car will engage. Also when i start out from first gear it feels like the car is skipping.
Im thinking that my clutch is bad but I'm not 100% sure.
BTW when the car is off all the gears go in, and when I'm driving all the gears switch perfectly.

Sounds like a clutch issue. Try adjusting the clutch cable and/or pedal.
