CompClutch question/issue
hello ,
recently I have been doing much research on the clutch not disengaging at ALL. Here is what I have done...
had a stage 4 6 puck unsprung, one day wouldnt want to go into gear...
replaced master cylinder, slave cylinder and clutch with a stage 5 4 pucl (but i ordered a stage 4 6 puck with heavier PP)
This is what I have found
https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...7480&styleid=2
has this issue been resolved?
i am using an ACT lightenend flywheel 12.5 lb flywheel
my issue is clutch is not disengaging. I have adjusted pedal, still feels like it is not disengaging. Bled clutch..... could this be a known factory issue>?

Re: CompClutch question/issue
Ttt
Here is what I have done...
I have replaced clutch master and slave cylinders, replaced clutch, changed tranny fluid with oem mtf, and changed shifter bushings....
Issue is still will not disengage all the way..
I tried pedal adjustment to n crease throw by adjusting rod on master cylinder, still not disengaging. I contacted comp clutch and they advised me there is a sweet spot on clutch pedal adjustment that needs to be done... I would figure it would at least go into gear and/or slip, but it is not allowing me to go I to any gear while car is running.
Put the car up on jack stands and it shifts into gears fine.... Wtf!?
I will attempt one last try to adjust pedal height , I have no slack in the pedal it's a constant resistance. After this I will take out the transmission again, probably tommorrow....
Any experience or help would be great. I have done honda clutches before but never ran into this issue. It happened before I changed the clutch thinking it was the clutch going bad, it was not. It happened before all the parts changed out, and is still happening. I have never had to do a major clutch pedal adjustment on stage 3 or 4 clutches... Is it that much diff for a 4puck unsprung? .... Also not an OEM flywheel it's a 12.5 streetlight wich looks great.
