Default Clutch and flywheel question

So I just blew up my b16 trans last week and I bought a Gsr trans and then a exedy stage 1 organic clutch with fidanza flywheel. I have a b16 with a built bottom end ( still right around stock compression) with Gsr cams and a 75 shot. Would this clutch hold the power or should I upgrade to a stage two? And if I should go for a stage 2 do you guys prefer exedy or act? I've heard good and bad things about both. Oh and it's my daily driver and occasionally I run it at the track.

For now I'll be right around 200 hp eventually I might go with a bigger shot so 230hp at the max.
