Default Acura hypoid 75w85
Any info on acura hypoid 75w85 gl-5. Is it safe for a limited slip differential. Does it have friction modifiers or do I need to add

I think that oil is only used in the tiny transfer case on the MDX, ZDX, and TL with SH-AWD. It's not a common oil.

It's a thick gear oil for the transfer case. I just did a drain and fill with it a couple of weeks ago on my '08 RL.
