I have a 97 integra gs a/t. I'm having a little issues with my trans when i first start up the car and don't let it warm up and i put it in drive the car jerks. but when i let it warm up for a good 5min its fine. and the other problem is when I'm driving and when I'm slowing down or coming to a stop the car down shifts hard. I already change the mount cause it was broken and i also change the trans fluid with the honda trans fluid. the car runs good its just when it down shift it don't feel normal to me..

 

What was the condition of the fluid when it was changed? When was the last fluid change before that?
